The Good Stuff
*Nonacidic fruits: raisins, melon, banana, apple &
papaya. No more then 1 or 2 small pieces a day.
Cooked Veggies: chopped green pepper, broccoli & cucumber. These
treats go undigested.
**Cereal: Cheerios and Kits. No more then 1 or 2 per day.
Peanut Butter: Smooth ONLY. Can cause diarrhea if given too much
Meat: cooked is preferred. Good meats are: chicken livers & heart,
Beef and turkey. Do not given processed meats such as lunchmeat.
They are full of salt and additives.
Not so Good Stuff:
Alcohol and high sugar drinks
Coffee and Tea products
Seeds & Nuts
Sugary & Salty Foods
Raw egg Whites
*high sugar. Watch with insulinoma ferrets
**look for low salt and sugar cereals
Jill vs. Hob
